Sweet corn & Tomato Salad with fesh cilantro

Slice washed tomatoes into an adequate sized bowl.  Thinly slice half an onion and add to tomatoes.  Finely chop fresh basil and sprinkle over vegetables.  Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil; toss and leave covered on the counter till it is served.  This doesn't refrigerate well because it loses flavor and the second day the tomatoes are mushy.  But the first day it is out of this world and a chunk of fresh bread accompanies it well and delightfully soaks up the juices.
