Sweet Potato Vine Stir Fry

1 bunch of sweet potato vines
5 mushrooms
1 onion
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbs olive oil


    Break the vine in half and peel off the thin outer layer (for a more tender taste).

    Place in frying pan with lid and let it cook on low heat with 1/4 cup of water.

    When vines look fairly cooked, chop in mushrooms and onion.

    Then fry with olive oil. Add garlic salt (adjust to your taste).

    Serve on a dish and~ ENJOY!
