Swiss chard & Beans
2 bunches swiss chard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (15 ounce) can butter
beans or white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons green hot
1 teaspoon salt
stems from swiss chard; coarsely chop swiss chard leaves.
oil in 5-quart dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot.
until wilted, but still bright green, stirring frequently.
in beans, green pepper sauce and salt.
over medium heat until mixture is heated through.
