Greek Salad with Baby Greens

Serves 2
3 cups baby greens
8 grape tomatoes. halved
8 Greek olives. pitted and halved
1/2 cucumber. peeled. seeded. and diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar


    Toss together greens. tomatoes. olives. cucumber. and feta in serving bowl.

    Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
